Reports that get listened to, instead of piling up unread.
Internal announcements, meeting summaries, training material: they get written, sent, and mostly go unread — not out of disinterest, but because nobody has twenty free minutes in front of a screen mid-afternoon. They do have twenty minutes commuting, at the gym, or cooking. The information doesn’t have a quality problem; it has a format problem.
How I approach it
This is the one I have to invent the least from scratch: it’s exactly the problem I solved for myself with Krakencast , a private audio channel platform that’s already been in production since May 2026, with real data isolation and granular control over who listens to what. For an engagement, I adapt that base to your context — university, company, team — instead of building from zero, which shortens the pilot considerably.
What usually fits
Private channels with invitation-based access control, content upload and conversion to audio, and real listening evidence — not just delivery. Especially useful where training requires proof of completion: you can show who listened to what, not just who received it.
