How is this different from Orbit Discovery Sprint?
Orbit Discovery Sprint is a strategic service to identify opportunities, prioritise use cases and define an AI or automation roadmap. AI Automation & Workflow Design is more specific: it starts from an identified process and turns it into an automated, tested and documented workflow.
Can we start if we still don't know what to automate?
Yes, but it probably makes more sense to start with Orbit Discovery Sprint. If you already have a clear process — for example reporting, forms, CRM, emails or approvals — we can start directly with AI Automation & Workflow Design.
What tools do you use?
It depends on the case. We can work with n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, FastAPI, private APIs, CRMs, databases, spreadsheets, AI platforms and internal systems. The tool is chosen after understanding the process.
Can you connect with our CRM or ERP?
Yes, as long as there is an API, controlled access or a reasonable technical path. In a first phase we usually recommend read integrations before allowing write actions on critical systems.
What type of processes should not be automated?
Poorly defined processes, highly ambiguous decisions, tasks without sufficient data or critical actions without supervision. Automating chaos only produces faster chaos.
